Looking to save some time when building your survey? There's no need to type out a list of all the US States or even yes/no, use our library of common answer options instead!
Using Common Answer Options
To take advantage of our library of common answer options click Add New Question and select your question type (see compatible question types below). Type the question you want to ask and click the Common Answer Library link below your question.
In the dropdown that appears, select the answer option list you would like to use. This will add all the answer options from that list. Once the options are added feel free to customize as you wish. You can change the wording of answer options or delete answer options you do not wish to provide to your survey respondents. You can also reorder or add new options as well!
Note: Certain questions provide you with placeholder text for the first couple answer options: Option 1 and Option 2. If you insert answers from the Common Answers library, Option 1 and Option 2 will be overridden.
Taking Advantage of Special Settings and Reporting Values
Many of our common answer option lists include custom reporting values and/or special settings like Other and NA. To take advantage of these special settings you will need to turn on the display of these fields before selecting your common answer options. To do so, click the link to the lower right of your question text. Select the Show special settings option and the Custom Reporting Values option and click Save.
Now, when you select a list that has custom reporting values and special settings, these will be added to your question automatically!

@Yehonatan: The common answer library cannot be modified at this time.
To save you a little time you can start with a common answer set from the library and then manually add your additional answers. Then once you have this set up you can save the question to you question library.
Here is a tutorial about the question library to get you started!
https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/question-library
I hope this helps!

@Eseiver: Thank you for your question!
The countries are stored as plain text rather than Alpha-2, Alpha-3, or Numeric codes. I hope this helps clarify!

Are the countries linked to ISO standard codes (either Alpha-2, Alpha-3, or Numeric), or are they stored as plain text?

@Quality: If you are using an email campaign to send out your survey this data will be captured automatically! Here is a couple of documents on our email campaign feature that should help:
http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/share-survey-via-email
http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/using-contact-data
If you are not using an email campaign you'll need to add questions to your survey to collect this information.
Here's another tutorial that might help with your questions!

I hope this helps!

If I am looking to have a text option as well as radio buttons in one question is that possible? I am looking to be able to collect "comments" in each question, along with a rating.

@Bill: It sounds like you are trying to add customized lists of options to the library of answer options. I'm sorry to say we do not have this functionality. You can, however, add an entire question to the question library. This would then just require that you edit to customize the question text itself. Not exactly what you are looking for but here is the tutorial about the question library:

I hope this helps!
