A Response Metrics chart will be included in all Standard Reports by default. This chart includes a completion rate percentage, as well as complete, partial and disqualified response counts. If you wish to remove this chart simply click the x icon to delete it.

Longitudinal Chart Options
You can change this chart to report on your response data longitudinally by clicking the Chart Type option to the right of the Response Count element . In the Chart Type dropdown menu, select one of the below longitudinal chart types. Customize your Longitudinal Range if you wish.

@Joy: You can remove response counts for the report overall by unchecking the Response Counts and Checks checkbox under Report Options > Answer Options.

As far as labels, these pull from your answer option text you can toggle this to pull from your reporting values if you wish. This is available under Report Options > Answer Options as well. Beyond this, the labels are not available for customization.

I still don't know how to get rid of response counts in charts and tables. I would also like to add labels to charts.
