To copy a page of questions, click the page icon to the upper-right of the page. This will create a duplicate of the copied page that will appear just below the copied page.
To copy a question in a survey, click the page icon along the right side of the question. This will create a duplicate of the copied question that will appear just below the copied question.
If you're looking to control where copied questions or pages appear we recommend adding the question or page to the Question Library. Check out our Question Library Tutorial.

I want to copy a whole page of one survey onto another separate survey, but when I click on the copy button is copies it on to the same survey. what do I do?

@Ann-Sophie: Thanks for taking a look at our documentation! We do not have a way to copy multiple questions at once. You might want to look into using our question library which allows you to create collections of questions that you can then easily add to your survey.

@Marty: Thanks for taking a look at the documentation and leaving a comment! When you copy a page the new page appears just below the copied page. If you are looking for control as far as were to insert or "paste" a page, I recommend using our Question Library, which allows you to add whole pages to the Question Library to be inserted later in the same survey or other surveys.
