Looking to turn off or make changes to your confirmation emails?
You can stop them from sending by disabling the action. Simply click Edit and go to the Logic tab. Select Yes under Disable Action.

@Shelley: Thank you for your question! I'm very sorry for the trouble.
When we see this specific issue, it is commonly due to the updates being performed on the plain text version of the email and not on the HTML version as well. We have described how this can be addressed here: http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/send-email-not-updating

Hi; I've set up an email confirmation to be sent to the respondent however I've since made changes to it, and saved it, but it isn't refreshing to reflect the changes. It's very frustrating - what am I doing wrong?
